Hi, I’m Peter Lyons.
I’ve been working in Human Resources Management and Recruitment for over 30 years.
For most of that time, I’ve been a business owner and manager, as well as working as a consultant, and I’ve personally dealt with all of the business issues that confront owners and managers on a day to day basis.
Because of this experience, I approach all HR issues and projects with cost-benefit and practicality considerations at the forefront, along with best practice and broader business objectives.
