Who We Are

Peter Lyons, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has worked in line management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment and Training for over 30 years, gaining practical exposure to a diversity of industries and in-depth experience across many facets of HR professional practice.

Carolyn Dalton, Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has also worked in HRM and Recruitment, operations management and as National Training & Development Manager in a career spanning more than 30 years. Ms Dalton has provided support and advice to major corporates and SMEs throughout her professional life, and has contributed to the business community as a Director of the Gold Coast regional tourism marketing authority previously and on regional committees of Commerce Queensland and AICD for an extended period to date.
